So, if you’re one of those people who knows a caffeinated coffee (or tea) means a trip to the bathroom within the next 30 mins (and I count myself in that group), the research suggests that yes, in some people, caffeine has a “pee more now, but pee less later” effect. So that over the course of a couple of hours, the amount of urine produced is about the same in both caffeinated and non-caffeinated beverage drinkers.

Sugar-added fruit juices:
There has been a lot of discussion and data collection regarding whether the regular consumption of unadulterated fruit juice increases the likelihood of developing diabetes mellitus type 2. It seems now that this type of fruit juice almost certainly does not increase your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, although eating the piece of fruit rather than just drinking the juice would definitely provide more health benefits!
